2. Products

NEXUS Watches offers a selection of men's and women's watches and related accessories.

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, specifications, pricing and images.

Product colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Any material differences or limitations will be disclosed in the relevant product information.

3. Prices and Payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected or shown at checkout.

For UK customers, prices are generally displayed in pounds sterling (GBP).

The total payable amount, including applicable delivery charges and taxes, will be presented before you confirm your order.

NEXUS PAY LTD is not currently registered for UK VAT. We do not represent that we charge UK VAT or issue VAT invoices unless our registration status changes.

Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.

Payments are processed through the payment services made available by our ecommerce platform and payment partners.

4. Placing an Order

When you place an order, you submit an offer to purchase the selected goods.

An automated order acknowledgement confirms that we have received your order. A contract is formed when we expressly accept your order, normally by sending a dispatch confirmation, unless otherwise stated during checkout.

We may decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, suspected fraud or an obvious pricing error.

If payment has already been taken for an order we cannot fulfil, we will arrange a refund.

5. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days.

Our estimated delivery period is 9–14 business days after dispatch, unless a different estimate is stated for a product or destination.

Products may be dispatched from UK or international fulfilment locations.

Delivery charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times are not a waiver of your statutory delivery rights.

For orders outside the UK, applicable import duties, taxes and customs charges will be disclosed or allocated as clearly as possible before purchase, in accordance with relevant law.

6. Returns and Cancellations

We offer an additional 30-day returns policy for eligible products.

UK consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for most online purchases, subject to legal exceptions.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.

7. Faulty or Misdescribed Products

Goods supplied to UK consumers must comply with applicable consumer protection law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Consumers retain any rights to bring proceedings in courts that have jurisdiction under applicable law.
